Returns/Refunds
Returns and refunds will be given in accordance with the consumer contract regulations providing notification is made to and acknowledged by Bondchem Ltd within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.  Returns will only be accepted for unopened and un used products.  Any returned product will be subject to weight check and FTIR analysis, and any contaminated or short product will not be acceptable for refund.

Buyers Responsibility
Information and data given for the products on this website is achieved under controlled lab conditions and is for guidance information only. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to determine the suitability of the goods for their use and application.  The Seller cannot be held responsible for the results of procedures undertaken elsewhere, nor for the safeguarding of personnel or property, all of which is the duty of the buyer. Suitability of products or methods is discretionary. Therefore, warrantees or implied usage obligations should not be attributed to, and are not the responsibility of, the seller.
The seller is not liable for any financial loss or other damages incurred by the buyer as a result of the use of the goods.
